Reclaim Your Calm: Reiki Sessions tailored just for you to assist you in tending to your inner world. I do this work from a place of care, compassion and a heartfelt desire to improve the quality of life of others. In each session, I offer a safe, compassionate, nurturing, and judgement-free space, tailored to your specific needs and intentions. Through a gentle, intuitive process, I'll guide you to: - Soothe your nervous system and quiet the "busy mind" that may be constantly worrying or imagining the worst. - Process and release suppressed emotions such as fear, anger, sadness, grief, shame, regret, and frustration, allowing for moments of peace and clearer thought. - Reconnect with your own essence, distinct from your illness, and explore a deeper sense of meaning or purpose in your experience. - Help you connect and gain clarity on what truly matters to you at this time. For each session, I create a sacred space where you can truly release, relax, and renew. PLEASE NOTE: THESE SESSIONS ARE AT MY STUDIO LOCATION (BATHURST & ST. CLAIR).
